油索

配料:蔥、白糖、面粉、油(豬油為佳)、醋。

制作方法:

1、把面粉加水,做出一個8字形的一個面粉團。

2、把油燒熱,到豬油熱到8成滾,在加入白糖把糖熔化成糖漿,在加入切成段的生蔥(在放入一下白醋)。

3、再把8字形的面粉團一條的放下去,注意要用筷子夾著放進滾的糖漿里面翻滾一遍,重復著放一條又一條的面粉團進去糖漿里面。

4、油索快熟的話,記得用筷子把油索夾起來放入盤子里面收好。
