栗子卷

栗子卷 

  用料:鮮栗肉300克、花生仁50克、核桃仁50克、威化紙12張、雞蛋1個、面包糠75克、鹽、胡椒粉適。

制法:

(1)將鮮栗肉洗凈入籠用大火煮熟后壓成茸狀,花生仁、核桃仁除皮后入烤箱烤熟熟鍘成綠豆粒狀。

(2)將鮮栗肉茸加入適量鹽、胡椒粉搓拌勻后放入加工好的花生仁、核桃仁拌勻為餡,分成12份,搓成圓柱狀后用威化紙包好,上一層蛋液再裹上層面包糠成栗卷待用。

(3)油鍋燒至五成熱,放入栗卷炸至表面松脆淺黃即可。

特點:色淺黃、味清香,鮮甜,質松脆軟綿。
