羊欄酸魚湯 

  由三亞疍家人首創,后經羊欄鎮的當地人發揚光大。食材取自三亞近海各種魚類,輔以三亞酸豆樹葉和果、酸楊桃、西紅柿、酸筍等。各種魚肉鮮嫩可口,魚湯酸度適中,食之令人胃口大開。   原材料:   三亞特有的酸楊桃、酸豆及近海鮮魚。   做法:   1.加入清水及三亞酸楊桃、三亞近海鮮魚、酸豆、西紅柿,放少許油,煮10分鐘;   2.加入黃酒、白胡椒粉、少許醋和生抽,蓋上鍋蓋繼續煮5分鐘;   3.魚熟湯美時,加入鹽等調味品即可食用。
