玫瑰酥餅是黑龍江牡丹江市風味小吃,系用面粉、白糖等制坯烤制而成。具有甜香酥脆,花香氣濃的特點。其制法是取炒熟碾碎的芝麻200克,加入白糖1000克、面粉500克、玫瑰醬200克、食油100克拌勻成玫瑰餡。取面粉2750克、豆油200克、水1150克和成軟硬適可的水油面團;取面粉1500克、油750克,和制成油酥面團。先把水油面團揉勻,搟成邊薄中厚的長方形,再把搟成長方形的油酥面放在水油面上,用手按平,搟薄卷成小劑,包入餡心,再搟成圓餅,入烤爐中烤至金黃色即成。
