酸蘿卜老鴨湯

酸蘿卜老鴨湯

材料:老鴨1800克,酸蘿卜900克,老姜一塊,花椒四五粒。

1、老鴨子打整干凈,取出內臟后切塊;酸蘿卜清水沖洗后切片,老姜拍爛待用。

2、將鴨塊倒入干鍋中翻炒,待水汽收住即可(不用另外加油)

3、水燒開后倒入炒好的鴨塊、蘿卜,加入備好的老姜、花椒。

經典一些的做法是用燉鍋慢火煨上兩個半小時,不過平時為了方便用高壓鍋更快些,這里就用高壓鍋了。
