紅燒獅子頭煲

菜式制作

1.將山東饅頭加水泡成煳狀,再和其他材料及調味料一起充份拌勻,放入冰箱冷藏約60分鐘。

2.用手將絞肉糰做成肉餅,用平底鍋兩面煎黃,一一做好后,放入深鍋內。

3.加入所有滷汁材料,并倒入適量的冷水,蓋過肉餅,滷煮1小時即可。

4.可另外準備大白菜,事先汆燙過,再放入滷汁中煮軟,盛入砂鍋時,先放大白菜墊底,再將獅子頭放在上方,淋上一些滷汁后即可上桌食用。
