材料:

花蛤400G、大蔥2根、蒜4瓣、姜30G、紅干椒3個(根據喜辣程度可加減)、油適量、雞湯1/2杯。

調味料:

老酒1大勺、糖1/2小勺、鹽1/3小勺、胡椒少許、蠔油1大勺、芝麻油適量、水溶淀粉適量。

做法:

1、花蛤用淡鹽水泡著,吐沙,洗凈。

2、蔥切段,蒜和姜切片。紅干椒斜切成兩段。

3、鍋放適量油,爆香蔥,蒜,姜,紅干椒,加入雞湯,放入所有調味料。辣炒花蛤1

4、再放入花蛤,蓋上蓋,直到花蛤開殼,調入水淀粉,煮開即可。
