 略陽灰攪團

  灰攪團是略陽人待客的常用食品,獨有地方風味小吃。

  做法:把灶膛里的冷硬柴灰,用細蘿篩過,一碗細灰一碗去皮包谷顆,攪勻泡在冷水里,約10個小時左右,包谷顆微現綠,用清水洗去柴灰。把包谷粒放在手磨上磨成漿,再倒人鍋中急火加溫并用搟杖按一定方向均勻攪拌,邊攪邊點開水,直到能用搟杖提起扯長絲不斷,像皮筋狀,涼冷就可食用了。灰攪團切成細條涼拌,有嚼頭,燴上吃,滑口鮮嫩,若切成薄片,同肉混炒,去膩爽口。
