塞上香哪 

  香哪,是榆林傳統名食品中的一絕,其歷史悠久,用料考究,制作獨特。其淵源可上說溯至1000多年前的唐代。今天,"榆林香哪"的用料和制法根唐代的"消滅餅"一脈相承,只是有所改進和提高。它與其他油炸食品相比較,最獨特之處在于制作時用酒和面,另外加熟豬油等其他原料,經復雜精致加工,制成坯餅,先入油浸泡,再用旺火炸,撈出灑上白糖即成。一句話,就是面粉加白酒、豬油制餅,油煎而成。色澤發白,清香酥軟。

   塞上香哪"色澤油白,清香綿軟,有濃郁的酒香味。數百年來,一直是榆林一帶的傳統風味食品,不僅是當地宴席和饋贈親友的上乘美點,而且遠銷國外多地方。
