雞縱

雞縱是一種美味山珍,稱之為菌中之王,其肉肥碩壯實,質細絲白,味鮮甜脆嫩,清香可口,可與雞肉媲美,故名雞縱。

雞縱:含有鈣、磷、鐵、蛋白質等多種營養成份。雞隊吃法很多,生熟炒煮作煲湯皆宜,滋味均極鮮美。用雞縱可以制作多種名菜,成為雞縱宴席。雞縱經過晾曬、鹽漬或用植物油煎制而成為干雞縱、腌雞縱或油雞縱,可以貯存較長時間,以備常年食用。

雞縱產季為每年的六至九月,多半生長在未受污染的紅壤山林的半山坡上。
