【原料】
甜杏仁260克,白糖3.26公斤,牛奶500克。洋粉60克,罐頭水果30克,杏仁精少許。
【制作過程】
(1)用熱水把杏仁泡脹,剝掉外衣,剁碎,放入大容器內(nèi),加入涼水1,000克磨成極細(xì)的濃汁,再用細(xì)紗布瀘過,渣子棄掉,用細(xì)漿。
(2)取鋼精鍋,倒入杏仁漿,加入牛奶500克、白糖260克,用旺火煮開
