    “十大碗”是山西高平待客的一碗碗獨特的菜,共10道菜:水白肉、鉻桃肉、碗子肉、川湯肉、腸子湯、豆腐湯、雞蛋湯、天河丹、軟米飯、扁豆湯。一碗一個味道,猶如南北大菜系列,但餐具不用盤而用碗,碗中之菜也可稱“湯”,素有“碗湯菜”之說。
    “十大碗”有葷有素,素菜中最有代表性最好吃的當數“天河丹”之菜。
