豬血腸

豬血腸,主要是將豬大腸翻洗干凈,將豬血拌與糯米飯,再加草果、茴香子、鹽巴等,將糯米飯拌勻后用一竹筒,削一尖口放在大腸里,用飯勺將拌勻的豬血糯米飯倒在竹筒內灌進豬大腸,灌完后用線拴在竹桿上,曬上十天半月,便可食用。煮、煎、燉均可。豬血腸味道可口,食后可補中氣,且能潤腸,對于孕婦、老年人、小孩及腸病人更是營養之上品。
