花生豬腳湯

配料:生花生250g、豬腳1支、紅棗12個、當歸15g、丁香5g、蔥段10g、姜片10g

制作方法:1、豬腳洗凈從中間分開成兩半,在沸水中略微燙一下,沖洗清理浮末。2、花生洗凈,大火煮開后用小火煮到約7分熟,放入豬腳繼續文火煮。3、待豬腳煮到1小時后約8成熟,放入紅棗、當歸、丁香、蔥段、姜片。4、繼續用小火煲煮,大約3小時,待豬腳熟爛,湯汁也變得粘稠即可。
