  鴻福特色白切土雞是壯鄉十大特色菜之一,人常食不厭,原汁原味,皮爽肉滑,含有豐富的營養價值。

  制作方法:

  原材料采用靈馬農家放養在山間野林中白天吃蟲子、玉米、稻谷、土生土長的土雞,煮雞要求慢火煮浸,熟至八九成即可;配料用沙姜、蒜茸、花生油、香菜、醬油等調制而成。
