主料:香椿

輔料:雞蛋、面粉

調料:鹽、淀粉、食用油、花椒鹽、雞精

做法:

1、將香椿洗凈晾干,用鹽水稍腌大約10—20分鐘即可,擠去水分撒上一層干淀粉;

2、將雞蛋去清留黃加入面粉、干淀粉、適量的水攪拌成糊,加入食用油拌勻后即成酥皮糊;

3、坐鍋點火放油,油5—6成熱時,將香椿逐個粘上糊,放入鍋內炸至金黃色撈出裝盤,食用時可蘸著花椒鹽。

特點:外皮金黃酥脆碧綠芳香。
