克、蛋清1枚。制作方法是先將肉餡、蝦膠、堿蓬沫放入調料蛋清向一個方向攪拌使其上勁后加入淀粉拌勻放入6層熱油鍋里浸炸3分鐘即可,在堿蓬缺少的季節有時也用茼蒿沫代替。這道菜具有獨特的農家風味。
