粉粿原料:地瓜粉300克,冷開水300毫升,熱開水1200毫升,自制糖漿,蜂蜜。

粉粿制法:1、將地瓜粉與冷開水拌勻至地瓜粉無顆粒狀,成為地瓜粉漿。

2、將剛燒開的熱開水沖入調好的地瓜粉漿內,一邊沖入一邊攪拌至呈透明糊狀。

3、趁熱把透明糊狀倒入抹油的長四方皿中,表面抹平,待冷卻即為“粉粿”。

4、把冷卻的粉粿置冰箱冷藏后,取出切小塊盛碗,淋下自制糖漿即可食用。
