當歸鴨面線

當歸鴨面線原料:白面線300克,鴨1/2只,黑麻油2大匙,老姜(切片)6片,酒200克,湯頭1200毫升,冰糖1/2茶匙,當歸3.75克,枸杞1.8克,甘草3.75克,紅棗3.75克。

當歸鴨面線制法:1、面線剪段、老姜去皮切薄片、鴨洗凈剁塊備用。

2、干鍋燒熱后放入黑麻油煎黃姜片,再加入鴨肉炒香。

3、將炒香的鴨肉、酒、湯頭、冰糖與包入布包的藥材盛入陶鍋中用小火燉煮約1小時。

4、待鴨肉軟爛時,取另一只鍋汆燙白面線,即時加入當歸鴨湯中即成當歸鴨面線。
