主料:豬肉餡100g,玫瑰大頭菜50克,紅,綠尖椒各一只,香油2茶匙(10毫升),料酒1茶匙(5克),醬油1茶匙(5毫升),雞精1茶匙(5克),油1湯匙(15毫升)

1.玫瑰大頭菜剁成碎粒,紅、綠尖椒去籽和蒂,切成碎丁。

2.中火燒熱炒鍋,倒入油,油溫上升即可放入豬肉餡,用鍋鏟壓散,煸炒5分鐘,至肉中水分完全煸干,肉末成金黃色時,加入醬油和料酒炒香。

3.在炒過的肉末中加入尖椒碎丁和玫瑰咸菜粒,大火再炒5分鐘,調入雞精和香油,炒拌均勻即可。
