  【血條湯】長武人紅白喜事,生日滿月,逢年過節,招待客人的頭一頓上等飯是血條湯。煎湯時加臊子、蔥花、豆腐、木耳、黃花、辣子等,形成血條紅,豆腐白,辣而不嗆,油而不膩的特點,為地方風味吃食一絕。血條湯的關鍵在血條上,它的制作方法是:把白面用鮮豬血或鮮雞血拌勻,搟成或用壓面機壓成細條,切短蒸熟,拌上清油曬干儲存。做湯的時候,把干血條放入滾水鍋里,煮泡5—10分鐘,然后放進大油,加上調料佐菜,燒開即可。吃血條湯,一般要泡上白蒸饃,配上涼拌豆芽或粉絲等涼菜,這樣、饃香湯熱,菜涼味鮮,準保叫人解饞滿意。現在,長武血條湯已進入了市場,凡到長武來的人都可以到大小食堂、飲食攤點上隨時品嘗獨具風味的血條湯。
