蓼花糖

蓼花糖 

蓼花糖是風味獨特的傳統(tǒng)點食之一,于明代已有生產。原名遼化糖,清代改為蓼花糖。其用料為江米、芝麻、白糖、飴糖等,經制坯、膨化、成型等三十余道工序制成。特點是:底色金黃,面粘芝麻仁,內為絮網狀、酥脆香甜。康熙時,進土溫儀有詩贊曰:“紅毯延青佩,金盤綴乳球。幽香及冷艷,相伴過春秋”。“生性冰雪姿,胸懷若曠谷。色形似蓮藕,風味告乃翁”。該品于清代作為貢品。建國后在繼承傳統(tǒng)工藝的基礎上,改進工藝、擴大生產,系人民群眾喜愛的普及的食品,今雖各縣也有仿制,唯三原蓼花糖暢銷國內各地及港澳地區(qū),盛譽不衰。
